There are three ways to get support for English 4 IT:

1. Check the Forums to see if your question / problem is a known issue and already answered for you!

2. If there is is no appropriate thread in the forums, then Post a New Topic and wait for your post to be answered by our Support staff. Often many users have the same problem and this way you can help others at the same time you are being helped yourself.

3. The final option is to contact us directly through our Contact Form with the subject 'Technical Support'. Your question will be answered by our Support department. The answer will be emailed back to you and posted on the forums in case other users have a similar issue.
